Winter Soup

Winter is the perfect time for soup. I recently made two batches of delicous and hardy winter soup.

Mushroom Soup:




Full of cream, sherry, veggie broth, mushrooms, celery, onions, herbs, and garlic.


Acorn Squash Soup:



Full of acorn squash, vegetable broth, carrots, onion, pesto, parmesan, garlic, potato, spinach, and white beans.


I also made molasses caraway bread.
